Agent-Ready Email Task Router
Outbound email is most reliable when applications can hand off bounded, auditable tasks instead of embedding transport details everywhere.
This work connects Mail-Mgmt to a broader agent-router pattern: public apps
validate user intent, create a structured mail request, and register a
specific mail-send task for worker infrastructure to complete through an
approved delivery path.
The result is a cleaner boundary between application logic and operational delivery. Local development writes inspectable JSON messages to disk, while production can route through a worker host and Proton Bridge style SMTP path.
Key pieces:
- Structured
mail-sendtask registration - Local mock outbox for safe development
- Production worker handoff boundary
- Labels and task keys for traceability
- Room for approval gates before sensitive sends
